The winds whisper through the fir, spruce, and aspen trees, and wildlife is abundant on Tall Pine Resort’s 38 wooded acres. Bird and wildlife watching is at its best. The Red River winds through the resort, and the peaceful sound of the river can be heard from most cabins. The trails of the Carson National Forest make for great hiking, landscape and wildlife photography.

Tall Pines cabins sleep 1 to 8, have a furnished kitchen with stove and refrigerator, a bathroom and shower, and a porch to enjoy the stunning mountain views. Several playgrounds are spread throughout the grounds

Fun and relaxation for the whole family
The picturesque Tall Pine Lake is a great attraction, and the social center of the resort. Many lasting friendships begin at the lake! Here you'll experience some of the best trout fishing in Northern New Mexico. The lake is stocked weekly, and is within walking distance of all cabins. And please feed the ducks!

Fishing the Red River throughout the property is reserved for resort guests, so bring your waders and fly rods. Need fly fishing instruction? Want some pointers on the best holes or bait?
